Corona Virus GuaranteeJust so you know, our refund guarantee only applies if your holiday can’t take place due to travel restrictions from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. If their advice states it is unsafe to travel or if quarantine restrictions change, meaning you would need to quarantine while you’re abroad. This does not apply if UK advice changes to mean you’ll need to quarantine on your return back to the UK. We will also refund in full if Disneyland Paris is closed.
When accommodation and travel arrangements are booked directly with Disneyland Paris . The following cancellation charges will apply. You will have to cancel your booking in writing. Notice given at 65 days or more prior to departure 15% of total booking cost Notice given at 65 to 8 days prior to departure 100% of total booking cost. When flights are booked extra costs may apply.

Failure to provide your reservation:
You will be offered an alternative if we cannot provide the holiday booked. If you do not want the alternative, we will offer a full refund.
We strongly recommend that you take out our own recommended or similar appropriate cover. We cannot be held responsible for any claims resulting from an uninsured loss. Adequate travel insurance is essential.
Accuracy of our published information

Visas and Passports
British citizens (with right of abode) and EU nationals do not require a visa for Disneyland Paris., but do need a valid 10-year passport. Many non-EU nationals will require a visa and this should be checked with the relevant authorities. In all cases obtaining any necessary visas is entirely the responsibility of the passenger and must be obtained prior to confirming a reservation. N.B. No refund can be given for cancellation or abandonment of a journey due to lack of correct personal documentation.
Health and Safety
You should consult the Department of Health leaflet Advice for Health for Travellers or your GP for up to date information on health matters. All our hotels are obliged to meet local Health and Safety standards and fire regulations. However, these can vary and particularly in older city centre hotels, in preserved areas or in listed buildings, they may not be as high as those we are used to in the UK or comply with all EU recommendations. Guests should always acquaint themselves with the emergency procedures and take special care with balconies, lifts, plate glass doors, and tiled floors in bathrooms etc. Hotel swimming pools will not always be supervised or have depth markings.
